Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They use Telegram or WhatsApp, which they already have, or a link that opens the chat in the browser.
Does Tabbito take a cut of payments?
No. Payments go to your own Redsys terminal or PayPal account. Tabbito only charges the subscription.
What happens when the 12 free months end?
We let you know well in advance. Pick a plan and carry on; if you don't, the dashboard becomes read-only and your customers can still pay what they owe. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The dashboard has step-by-step guides to create the Telegram bot and connect WhatsApp or payments. The web chat works with no setup at all.
What language does the bot speak?
English, Spanish, Catalan, Basque and Galician. Each customer picks their own, and the bot starts in their phone or browser language. You write the welcome message and product names yourself. The dashboard is available in English and Spanish.
What if a customer makes a mistake?
They can cancel their own unpaid items from the chat. Cancelled items don't count as movements.
