What your customer sees. The bot speaks your customer's language; your welcome message and products, in your own words.

The usual story at the clubhouse

The bar notebook

When the fiestas are over, nobody remembers who had what.

Asking friends for money

Asking your own crowd to pay up is the last thing anyone wants to do. And it piles up.

Wristband systems

Event wristbands and card terminals are fine for a festival, not for the peña's everyday life.

How it works in your peña

Set up the bar menu

Beers, mixed drinks, vermouth, sandwiches. With stock if you want to track it.

Share the bot in the group

Every member messages the bot and can start logging. Telegram, WhatsApp or the browser all work.

Everyone pays their own

Automatic reminders, and payment by card, Bizum or transfer from the chat.

For every day and for the fiestas

Fiesta fee

The fee as a membership with a validity date: every member sees whether it's paid.

Reminders without drama

The bot reminds people what they owe, not you. Daily, weekly or monthly, to the right people.

Bar stock

An alert when stock runs low, so you restock before the weekend.

Payments from the chat

Card or Bizum with the peña's terminal, or PayPal. No Tabbito fee.

Committee access

Several people manage the bar and payments from the dashboard.

Monthly balance

What's been collected, what's outstanding and what restocking cost, on one screen.

Frequently asked questions

Can I log drinks for someone else?

Yes, from the dashboard. You can also mark cash payments as paid.

Can it handle fiesta volumes?

Yes. If you go over your plan's movements in a month, you get 15 days' grace, with no cut-off mid-fiesta.

Does it work in Valencian or Catalan?

Yes. The bot speaks Catalan as well as Spanish, Basque, Galician and English, and each customer picks their own. You write the welcome message and product names in your own language.

Don't let the bar spoil the fiestas
